Aberdeen Fashion Week was founded in Scotland under the companies acts 2006, incorporation number SC 534996. The fashion week is designed to cater for the world's highest profile designers and is quickly moving towards the ranks of New York, London, Milan & Paris Fashion Weeks.

The Aberdeen Fashion Week (AFW) is the world’s only platform promoting & showcasing Kids Wear collections, hosted in Aberdeen, once a year in April followed by AFW sponsored fashion show in October for our preferred charity Future Choices helping the disabled members of our community.

On the 26th of Apr 2013, Lydia Cutler, a once Britain's Top Designer Competition Runner Up and a Multi Award winning Fashion Designer, organised the first ever Aberdeen Fashion Week, since then AFW has had designers coming to showcase from all over the globe.

The next edition of the Aberdeen Fashion Week (AFW) will be brought to you in partnership with Cool Lager on 25th - 30th April 2017

The Aberdeen Fashion Week, admits to its platform not only local British based designers but also international brands from all over the world. The selection of designers is not based on nationality but on the quality of product which should fit the highest standards.
